Dotttie...rescued at the Humane Society 4 years ago with severe jaundice & a broken leg. Sheltie/Heinz-57 mix and Queen of the house.
Oreo...over 16 years old. Kasey's cat since the 2nd grade. Never had much sense, but she loves him dearly. I nick-named him "Dummy".
Riley...another Humane Society rescue. He meowed so much as a kitten, for 2 weeks I kept him tucked on my shoulder to soothe him. Now at 18 pounds, he thinks he still belongs on my shoulder. UPDATE: Riley disappeared, but remains always in our hearts. He was ours for 8 years.
Scooter...I was so mad when Riley brought this kitten home last year! Another cat! Got her fixed, and now she's grown up and follows me everywhere like a dog... even scratching at the bathroom door if left behind. Insists on sleeping by my face each night. She's a sweetie. Scooter now naps on my shoulder while I'm on the computer and talks to me in meow-meow language. Thank you, Riley.
Fred...he was born & raised at the A&M Vet Hospital and used for practice surgery by the vet students. Kasey adopted him at his "retirement" and brought him home. Took us 6 months to coax him out of our bathroom....he only knew slick stainless steel cage floors which made his back legs bow out. Now he sleeps any-where, every-where in the house and is really laid back. He moved in with Kasey last summer & plays with Opie & Morgan.
Kasey's Morgan
Morgan...Kasey adopted him from The Cat's Cradle outside of Navasota. He was supposed to be a playmate for Fred but instead, Morgan just naps with Fred and plays hard with Opie. Morgan wouldn't come out from under Kasey's bed for over a month; now he gets into all kinds of trouble!
Pig-Pig
Pig-Pig...Kasey got Miss Piggy from one of her friends that shows cavies. Pig-Pig enjoys nipping at the cats and Opie at Texas A&M where she lives with Kasey.
Zoe...my son's cockatiel. Got her four years ago at the state rabbit show. My son thinks the world of this bird.
Opie...this is my "grand-doggy." Kasey got him over the Internet from an animal shelter. He looks like a blonde ToTo from "The Wizard of Oz." At 9 pounds, he shows unusual devotion to Kasey (for a male dog.). He so cuuute!!!!
Kasey & Opie
Kasey & Opie's First White Christmas!!! He didn't like the snow at all, but Dottie sure loved it!

Opie & his shark, Ralph

My Grand-Doggy again...

because he is sooo cuuute!

My son's livestock show pig... gorgeous Duroc, now at 250 pounds (this is a baby picture). Chris has really enjoyed this project. "Pipi" didn't know what to think of the snow. Click the link above to see her nesting in it.
